New horizons

Braincourt consultants and project managers have high expectations - and they have the right to because Braincourt also has very high demands on its employees.

We do a lot to create a framework that gives employees their individual space and supports our “open door” concept. One example is that every staff member has an individual workspace for the days that he or she is in the office.

We believe that Braincourt will keep growing as a company, when each of us keep developing as individuals. Our training budgets, for example, are very high. In addition, no Braincourt team leader will ever plan training sessions for his or her staff. Each person is responsible for his or her own personal development. When employees use the possibilities that our company offers, we consider it to be a personal commitment in which Braincourt profits and Braincourt’s commitment in which each person profits. This is part of our interpretation of “leeway”.

There are many factors that drive our business growth. One is that we want to identify interesting perspectives that go hand in hand with each person’s individual goals. In this case, the desire for self development is a must. 

In order to have fun as a team and not lose track of the colleagues in distant locations, we also organize athletic, cultural and various other activities throughout the year. You will find many

colleagues of ours that can belt out a song from “Cannstatter Wasen”, Stuttgart’s equivalent to the Oktoberfest, or can still feel their hand cramping from the last go-cart race.

Other events such as “BrainEvent” or “Braining” help us stay up to date and discuss the company’s current development.
